Automated background check integration via Checkr API streamlined the vetting process from weeks to days. Credential verification against state education databases ensured every candidate met district requirements. The candidate mobile app featured a real-time availability calendar, push notifications for urgent fill requests via Twilio, GPS-based proximity matching, in-app time tracking with digital sign-in/sign-out, and performance feedback. The school dashboard provided fill-rate analytics, compliance reporting, automated payroll integration via Stripe Connect, and substitute performance tracking. SignalR powered real-time updates so schools could see fill status as candidates accepted assignments.
